People who work in the municipalities of change and the municipalist movement linked to technology are gathering in Barcelona to think about the following questions: How can a technology policy help design a new future for the city? How are technologies transforming the ways of life and multiple domains of our society? What can be done in light of the proliferation of predatory platforms like Uber or Airbnb, which are undermining rights and reconfiguring our cities? How can new digital infrastructures deepen the principles of democratization / participation of the municipalist movement? What are the proposals of technology policy of municipalism? What horizons do we imagine for the next few years?
